Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During major sales or holidays, please anticipate additional processing time. One of the key features of our candles is that they are entirely handmade. If we have low stock and need to pour more, this process typically takes 3-5 days from raw materials to shipping.

After being picked up and scanned by our carrier, domestic orders within the contiguous U.S. may take 3-10 business days for delivery, varying by location. Shipments to AK, HI, and outlying territories may require a longer transit time.

International shipping durations are provided at checkout and hinge on the destination.

Kindly note: Once a package is shipped, tracking becomes beyond our jurisdiction. While we wish we could control it, final delivery is not within our purview. Presently, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

Expedited: Although we aim to give priority to orders with expedited shipping, we cannot guarantee our team will always be able to do so. Please consider our standard 3-5 business day processing window when planning your order.

You qualify for FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $100 and shipments to AK, HI, and PR will be subject to standard shipping rates.
