Refund policy
Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you encounter any problems with a Hundredth Acre Product, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at hundredthacre@gmail.com. Please attach photos along with a detailed description in your email so that our team can assist you effectively.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused or defective, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. However, please note that certain items are non-returnable, including used non-defective items, unused non-defective items in non-resellable condition, and gift cards. For non-defective items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
In order to process a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure that the item is sent back to us. Please be aware that there are instances where only partial refunds may be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by us, or if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
If you don't receive your refund in a timely manner, we recommend checking with your bank and credit card company. If further assistance is needed, please contact us at hundredthacre@gmail.com.
Regarding gifts, if the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
It's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. Shipping durations for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
